We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with UK consumer law.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unlit, and in their original packaging.
Due to the nature of our products, candles that have been used or tested cannot be returned.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
